Qualifications
We check photo id(s), verifiable income (paycheck stubs for past 30 days, bank
statement or tax return only), evictions and convictions. We will not accept any
computer generated letters for verification of income. Any evictions in the past
5 years and any felony drug convictions within the last 10 years will disqualify applicant(s). Section 8 is not accepted.
Application
If interested in any Rental or Rent-To-Own property, applicant(s) will need
to come to the office, fill out an application and satisfy the above
requirements. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required before an
application can be checked. Upon approval applicant(s) can leave a deposit and
sign the lease to hold the house for up to 30 days* with regular deposit.

Rent-To-Own
You can Rent-To-Own! Owner financing is available in 15, 20 & 30 year mortgages. Monthly payment includes principle & interest on the loan and
escrow (taxes & insurance). Principle & interest are what you pay on the loan
for the house and these payments are fixed; they do not change. Escrow payments
are made in order to pay your property taxes and insurance; these payments are
variable which means they will go up over time as taxes & insurance increase.

The contract is a long-term lease with a purchase
option. After making payments for the designated amount of time (15yr, 20yr or
30yr), you will have paid off the house. You can even
pay the balance of your house off early with no penalty!

contract to move in!
